  Leasing/Non-exclusive rights let the purchaser use the beat for one profitable project (distribution limit 5,000 copies). The musical production is now and remains the property of Jay Stilla & The Beat Cellar and is leased to the user only for use as part of recorded performances, EP's, mixtapes, paid internet projects, film, and personal projects. Leasing rights can be re-sold to more than one client.
  
  This lease expressly FORBIDS resale or other sale distribution in any form (example, CD, web, tape, or file) either as they exist or any modification thereof.
  
  CREDITS: Licensee shall give Licensor appropriate credit on all commercial, compact discs, record, or film credits, or any other record configuration manufactured that embodies the tracks created under this agreement. Credit will be listed as: Produced by Jay Stilla for The Beat Cellar (ASCAP).
  
  The Licensee understands that the Original Instrumental Composition that is being licensed contains uncleared samples. The Licensee also understands that they are responsible for clearing all samples used or that they choose to use and that the Licensor will not be held liable for the misuse of any sampled material that the Licensee uses in conjunction with the Original Instrumental Composition in this agreement. ... more
